Requirements for Warranty Claim:

  1. Specify Purchase Platform: Currently, only purchases made through our official website and Amazon's official brand page are covered.
  2. Provide Exact Order Number: This is essential for us to retrieve your transaction details.
  3. Provide Fault Description: Specific details of damaged or non-functioning components, and circumstances of occurrence.

WARRANTY POLICIES

1-Year Warranty

Our 1-year warranty addresses defects in workmanship and materials but excludes damage resulting from accidents, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear (including scratches), or the natural fading of colors and materials over time, exposure, or extensive use. This warranty is valid only upon presentation of your proof of purchase, clearly indicating the original order date.

INCLUDES:

  • Heated Goggles: Note that lenses and batteries are consumable components and are not covered under this warranty.
  • Safety Glasses / Sunglasses / Blue Light Blocking Glasses: Lenses are considered consumable components and are excluded from this warranty.
  • Prescription Eyewear: Lenses are customized products and are not included in this warranty coverage.
