How to Order Prescription Eyeglass Lenses on Wynthorix?

Step One: Understand Your Prescription Range to Determine Available Lens Options

How to Determine Your Prescription Range:

Pay attention to the SPL and CYL values on your prescription.

  • SPL: Indicates your degree of nearsightedness (-) or farsightedness (+).
  • CYL: Indicates astigmatism if present, with the value indicating the degree of astigmatism.
  • O.D.: Right eye
  • O.S.: Left eye

Once you know your prescription, consult the following table to see if your prescription can be accommodated:

For example, for SuiT 1.61 Hi-Vex lenses: '-0.00 to -8.00 / -0.50 to -2.00' means nearsightedness up to 800 degrees with astigmatism from 50 to 200 degrees can be made; '-8.25 to -10.00' indicates high nearsightedness from 825 to 1000 degrees, but astigmatism cannot be accommodated.

After reviewing the table, it's evident that we currently don't offer farsightedness lenses, but we plan to in the future.

Step Two: Select Your Lenses

Determine if you need blue light protection. If you spend a lot of time working on electronic devices like computers or mobile devices, blocking harmful blue light may be beneficial.

Choose the refractive index based on your prescription. For mild prescriptions, such as up to 300 degrees, any option will suffice, but we recommend SuiT 1.61. For higher prescriptions or if budget allows, opt for SuiT 1.67.

Step Three: Complete your order online and provide your optometrist's prescription. Then, wait for your new glasses to arrive at your doorstep.
