Now, here's the kicker – pickleball isn't just fun and games; it's a legit workout. So, I started playing with different pals regularly. I came across this study showing that playing doubles pickleball for just half an hour gets your heart pumping 14% more and torches 36% more calories compared to a leisurely walk.
